Please read this notice in full before subscribing to or using the AlphaTrend indicator. Your use of the indicator constitutes acceptance of every term below.

Risk Warning. Trading equities, options, futures, forex, and other financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. As stated within our community: high risk, high reward — trade small or do not trade at all, and expect that you may lose everything you put in. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

1. No Financial, Investment, or Trading Advice

AlphaTrend is a technical-analysis software indicator provided for general informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. Nothing offered by AlphaTrend — including the indicator, its signals, alerts, dashboards, documentation, user manual, chat messages, webinars, or any other content (collectively, the "Content") — constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument.

AlphaTrend is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, commodity pool operator, or financial planner, and does not purport to be. The Content is not tailored to the investment objectives, financial situation, risk tolerance, or particular needs of any person. You should not treat any Content as a substitute for independent research or for the advice of a licensed professional. Always consult a licensed financial advisor, broker, attorney, or tax professional before making any trading or investment decision.

2. Sole Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that any and all trading and investment decisions you make are your own, reflect your own personal judgment and risk tolerance, and are made entirely at your own risk. By accessing or using AlphaTrend, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • Markets are volatile, unpredictable, and can move against you rapidly;
  • You may lose part or all of your investment, and losses can in some circumstances exceed your initial deposit;
  • No signal, indicator, tool, or methodology can predict market movements or guarantee any result;
  • You are solely responsible for all trading decisions, order entry, risk management, position sizing, and outcomes;
  • You accept and assume full responsibility for all risks associated with trading and with your use of the Content.

3. No Guarantee of Performance or Results

It should not be assumed that the methods, techniques, signals, or indicators presented by AlphaTrend will be profitable or that they will not result in losses. AlphaTrend does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the Content, and makes no representation or guarantee of any income, profit, or trading success. There is no assurance that any person who uses the Content will achieve favorable results.

4. Past & Hypothetical Performance — U.S. Government Required Disclaimer

Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. Any performance figures, examples, backtests, or illustrations that may appear anywhere in connection with AlphaTrend are provided for illustration and educational purposes only, do not represent actual trading, and are not a promise or guarantee of future returns.

AlphaTrend is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, data feeds, execution, downtime, or conduct of TradingView or any other third-party platform, broker, exchange, or data provider.

6. Waiver of Liability & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that AlphaTrend, together with its owners, founders, shareholders, members, managers, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties"), shall not be liable for, and you hereby waive, release, and forever discharge the Released Parties from, any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses of any kind — including without limitation any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, and any loss of profits, capital, or trading losses — arising out of or in any way related to your use of, reliance on, or inability to use the Content, the indicator, or any AlphaTrend service, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the Released Parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES' TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO ALPHATREND SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (I) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO ALPHATREND IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (II) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100 USD).

The Content and all services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement. Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for any right that cannot be waived under applicable securities laws. Because some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, some of the above limitations may not apply to you; in such cases, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Content or any AlphaTrend service; (b) your trading or investment decisions and their outcomes; (c) your breach of these terms; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party. This obligation survives termination of your subscription.

8. Termination of Services

Any request to terminate or cancel your subscription or services must be submitted in writing through the Contact page. Verbal, chat, or informal requests are not sufficient to effect termination. Termination becomes effective only upon AlphaTrend's written confirmation of receipt. You remain responsible for all fees accrued up to the effective date of termination. AlphaTrend reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, at its sole discretion and without refund, for any violation of these terms.

9. No Refunds for Digital Services

AlphaTrend provides intangible digital products and premium services that are delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase or subscription. Because these offerings are considered used upon delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No refunds, credits, or pro-rated returns will be issued for any subscription, renewal, or fee, regardless of usage, performance, or trading outcomes;
  • You waive any right to a refund upon receiving access to the Content;
  • You will not initiate any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, and you agree that doing so constitutes a breach of these terms;
  • Any billing concern must first be raised directly with AlphaTrend in writing through the Contact page before seeking third-party intervention.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or to your use of AlphaTrend shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which AlphaTrend is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute shall be resolved through final and binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you and AlphaTrend waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in any class or representative action. Either party may still bring an individual claim in small-claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property or unauthorized-access matters.

11. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of this disclaimer is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This disclaimer, together with any terms referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and AlphaTrend regarding its subject matter. AlphaTrend may update this disclaimer at any time; continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Acknowledgment

By subscribing to, purchasing, downloading, or otherwise accessing AlphaTrend, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this entire Disclaimer & Terms of Use, and that you accept full and sole responsibility for your own trading decisions and their outcomes.
